Our rental process is simple and convenient. First, browse our extensive collection of Alémais dresses, sets and accessories. Once you've found the perfect item, select your 4, 8, 14 or 30 days rental duration. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. We'll ship the item to your Delivery Address, and you can enjoy wearing it for the specified rental period. When you're done, return it using the Australia Post prepaid shipping label provided. We take care of cleaning and maintenance so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy Alémais.

CC has built a collection of Alémais for everyone to wear and enjoy. Our collection is generally not for sale; however, from time to time, we may offer items for sale. Please email subscribe to CC, and we will notify our subscribers if any items are offered for sale.

We post Australia Wide! We are based in Brisbane, Queensland.
Australia Post delivery times vary depending on your location, we are located in Brisbane region postcode 4183.

Of course! You can make a booking and lock in your dress anytime online.
Place your rental order before 10 a.m. and receive it EXPRESS within 1-3 business days! We recommend starting your booking date a day or two before your event to ensure prompt arrival.
We are in the Brisbane area; our estimated Delivery Times are:-
- Metro QLD: Please allow 2-3 days for delivery
- Regional QLD NSW VIC: Please allow 3-4 days for delivery
- Metro NSW VIC ACT: Please allow 3-4 days for delivery
- Metro SA WA: Please allow 4-5 days for delivery
- Other Rural or Remote (Australia-Wide): Please allow 5 days for delivery.

We do not offer try-ons at the moment, but please get in touch with us to discuss the size and fit of any of our listings: [email protected] or on Insta @conscious_ _curations.
If we have answered your questions about fit, we won't be able to offer refunds for dresses that do not fit perfectly.

Your Alémais has been steamed before packing. To soften any wrinkles collected on its journey to you, hang it in a steaming shower or bathroom. Please do not iron and steam your Alémais.

Our dress insurance covers minor repairs and stains. Unfortunately, you will be charged the RRP if the dress is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair.
Accidents can happen, and we understand that. Please let us know immediately if you accidentally damage or stain our Alémais. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the extent of damage or stain, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. We strongly recommend you review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage and stains. We take great care to maintain the quality of our Alémais, so we appreciate your honesty and timely reporting of any issues.
We understand accidents, including staining and damage, can happen occasionally. If this occurs during your hire, please contact us immediately to arrange a resolution. You will be charged for any specialist cleaning or repairs.

The live calendar allows you to see if an item is available. Please enter your preferred hire dates and rental period, and you will see what period an item is available.

At Conscious Curations we offer 4, 8, 14 and 30 day hires. We recommend you choose your Hire Start Date 1 to 2 days before your event or occasion to decrease the risk of late arrival by Australia Post.

You will be directed to the purchase page once you order your hire. You can pay using a Debit, Credit Card, or Afterpay. Once payment is made, the CC team will fulfil your hire, and you will receive an Invoice via email.

Australia Post does not operate on Sundays or public holidays, so please post your item by midday on the following business day.

If you return your item late, it impacts our ability to hire the next client. In this situation, we will communicate with you and advise a
A charge of 25% of your hire fee per day will be made via your payment options for the disruption of each day the item is returned late. -
We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your hire if it falls more than 14 days before the first rental day and receive a full refund. If your request to cancel falls within 14 days, we can offer a full credit to use at the next opportunity you wish to
hire. -
Once you have received a confirmed booking, we will send a delivery confirmation email detailing two tracking numbers, both to you and your prepaid return tracking label, from your address to us.

We endeavour to have your item with you in time for your
event. In the event that your item does not arrive in time for you to
wear it, a full refund will be offered. You'll need to post the dress
back to us by the next business day after receipt, and it must be returned
unworn to receive your refund. Make sure to use the enclosed return label and satchel provided.
