The Hire Process

Choosing your hire

At Conscious Curations, we offer a range of Rental Durations: 4 days, 8 days, 14 days and 30 days.

Our hire platform is an online offering. We encourage you to enjoy the selection process via our website, and recommend reading our Size and Fit section before placing your order.

If you are still unsure, please Contact Us, and we will respond to queries with the utmost priority.

We clean and steam all garments before sending them, so you don't have to. Please don't try to clean or steam any garment you receive from us.

To explore our collection, select your preferred Rental Duration at the top of our website. Ensure your "Start Date of Hire" is 2 days before your event date.

After you have selected your hire dates, you can start exploring our website for outfits by navigating the main menu, collections from the home page, or the search bar on the right side of the main menu.

Once you have found the item/s you would like to hire, ensure you have selected your size option in the drop-down menu (below the description) to check availability.

You can add your chosen items to your cart, then navigate to the right-hand side of the top main menu to check out.

Checkout

We recommend "View cart" before "Checkout" for a few reasons.

First, it is essential to make sure that your order is correct.

Please check that you have chosen the correct Rental Duration, Item, and Size. If you need to adjust these, please return to the home page, browse, and add to the cart.

Finally, you will need to complete the available shipping selections.

We offer flat-rate shipping options for both Standard and Express Shipping. This means that our shipping rate will remain the same regardless of the size or weight of your chosen garment, the number of garments you have selected for hire, or where you are located in Australia.

Our shipping rate includes shipping to you and a return label and directions for returning your hire to us.

Before proceeding to Checkout, select whether to include Standard $28.95 shipping or Express $32.95 shipping.

Finally, we recommend you familiarise yourself with our Hire Agreement, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and other important Policies, which are viewable on our website footer.

When you are confident with your order, select "Checkout" to sign in to your Conscious Curations account and complete payment for your order.

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will email you to confirm and provide your Australia Post tracking details.

Receiving

Open your CC parcel as soon as you receive it. Please unwrap and confirm your order is correct.

Keep the Mailer and CC box, as you will require both to return your hire.

Read your CC card, and place the return label inside the box for posting on your return day.

Returning

Prepare your hire to be returned on the final day of your hire period.

Check your hire for accidental damage or issues; please report any unexpected problems immediately. 

Fold the garment/s back into the same CC box you received them in.

Take the return label from inside the box before closing the box. Place the box back inside the satchel you received, as it is reusable. You can either turn the satchel inside out and seal it with durable sticky tape or place the return label directly over the received label and use the reusable seal to close the bag.

Return your hire in the sealed parcel using the return label to Australia Post on the final day of your hire or the next business day.

Please ensure the parcel is returned to Australia Post on that day before the final parcel collection time in your specified region.

We keep records of all tracking numbers, so you wont need to send us your lodgement. However, we would love to hear from you about your experience.

Once we receive your returned hire, we will examine it. If any accidental damage is present, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss it.
